Strength and Conditioning / Injury Prevention Class

What:

A strength and conditioning class focusing on hips, core, and lower back to help prevent injuries in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu  today.

Many injuries in sports come from improper training regimens and bad mechanics. This class will focus on getting stronger and faster the right way.

We will focus on balance skills, along with core strengthening and creating flexibility!!
